It was such a pleasure to have Scott Rao with us for a day to share his experiences on brewing, espresso and roasting. More than lecturing from his books (namely The Coffee Roaster's Companion, The Professional Barista's Handbook, and Everything But Espresso), Scott shared his extra tips and tricks, say peak performance of grinders, technique of pourover even extraction and more. He also demonstrated right at our roastery lab Hercules!
